When our family cat had to be euthanized unexpectedly, we brought her directly to Butler Pet Services for cremation. My daughter was very upset and I wasn’t sure how she would react when we dropped our cat off. Gena laid our cat in her cat bed we had with us so she looked as though she was comfortable and sleeping. She made the process much easier for everyone by taking her time and allowing for a proper goodbye. What was a sad time, was made bearable with the kindness and sympathy we were shown.

The caring staff at Butler Funeral Homes was so sensitive to our loss of two elderly dogs, Molly and Beau, within a short time period of one another. Gena and Brian were so compassionate; we knew that our pups were in good hands. Everything in the process was smooth from the time that we arrived with each of them to arrange for cremation, allowing us to have time with them, and then through to the moments in which we held their urns to bring them home.
